- The taste turns metallic:
Pregnancy leads to an increase in sex hormones like estrogen and progesterone in females. This rise in hormonal level can cause a condition called dysgeusia in which woman always feels a metallic taste in her mouth. Get rid of this metallic taste by munching sugarless gums or saltines. Take colder liquids also to avoid this taste.
- Cold and flu-like symptoms:
Pregnancy lowers the body immunity and therefore, you become more prone to viral attacks. Cold and flu-like symptoms, nasal stiffness are also the few signs of pregnancy. Use natural remedy like a natural humidifier, snorting salt water. Sudden nose bleeds can also happen during this time.
- Vaginal discharge:
Most pregnant ladies suffer from vaginal discharge in the early phases of pregnancy.
